Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for all wigs and hair items.
General Rule
We do not offer refunds on wigs that have been:
- Worn or installed
- Styled, cut or colored
- Had the lace cut
- Altered from their original condition
Exchange Eligibility
An exchange may be considered within a short time after delivery if:
- The wig is unused and in its original condition
- The lace is uncut
- All original packaging and gifts are included
- You contact us promptly with clear photos and order details
Defective or Wrong Item
If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and provide a solution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Wigs and hair extensions that have been worn, installed or altered
- Custom-made or personalized wigs
- Sale/discounted items (unless faulty)
