OMONI HAIRS is based in France. We ship to France, the European Union and selected international destinations.

Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship items: usually processed within 1–3 working days
• Custom wigs: processing time will be confirmed at the time of order

Estimated Delivery Times

• France (metropolitan): approx. 2–5 working days
• European Union: approx. 3–7 working days
• International: approx. 5–10 working days

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow some time for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
