Yes. All OMONI HAIRS units are made from 100% human hair, with no synthetic fibers or blends. The hair can be styled, straightened, curled and treated just like your natural hair, with proper care.

Minimal shedding is normal for all human hair, but our wigs are constructed with quality wefts and careful stitching to reduce shedding as much as possible.

To avoid tangling, always detangle gently from ends to roots and store your wig properly when not in use.

Yes, our hair can be colored because it is 100% human hair. However, we strongly recommend having any coloring or bleaching done by a professional colorist to avoid over-processing or damage.

To keep your wig soft and beautiful:

• Wash or co-wash regularly with sulfate-free products
• Air-dry instead of using very high heat
• Use a heat protectant when styling with hot tools
• Avoid heavy oils and products that cause build-up
• Store on a mannequin head or wig stand when not in use

Yes. We offer custom wig services (length, texture, color, closure/frontal options and more). You can contact us with your exact specifications and we will confirm availability and pricing.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs that have been worn, installed, styled, or had the lace cut.

Exchanges may be possible within a short window after delivery if:

• The wig is unused and in original condition
• The lace is uncut
• All packaging and gifts are intact

Hair length is measured when the hair is pulled straight. Curly and deep-wave textures naturally appear shorter when worn, but will match the ordered length when stretched out.
